Foothill Family's Pathways to Professions Program offers a comprehensive training and education initiative aimed at individuals aspiring to enter the Early Childhood Development sector. This program provides participants with the necessary support and resources to achieve a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, aligning with Early Head Start Program Standards. Participants will engage in hands-on experience and receive instruction in eight key CDA subject areas, preparing them for successful careers in early childhood education. The program includes options for both Home Visitor and Center-Based CDA tracks and is designed to enhance professional skills and employment readiness.
